The next edition of Paris Photo will be held November 9-12, 2023, returning one last time to the Grand Palais Éphémère. A VIP Preview (by invitation only) will kick off the international show on Wednesday, November 8th.
Situated on the Champ-de-Mars, facing the Eiffel Tour, the temporary space will bring together leading photography galleries and book dealers, for it's long-awaited 24th edition, which will present the best of photographic creations from vintage and modern masters to the latest contemporary trends, alongside an ambitious program of exhibitions, conversations, artist signatures sessions and curated fair paths.
Nearly 150 of the world's leading photography galleries and private dealers will exhibit, as well as nearly three dozen photobook dealers. Paris Photo will launch a new sector dedicated to photography in the digital age. Curated by digital art specialist Nina Roehrs, it will feature a selection of galleries, curated platforms and artists who integrate digital practices into their work. The list of exhibitors and the full program will be announced shortly.
The Grand Palais Éphémère, a 10,000 m2 temporary building designed by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, is located on the Champ-de-Mars since the beginning of 2021 until the end of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Intended to host during the renovation of the Grand Palais all the art, fashion and sports events usually organized in the Grand Palais, it will also host cultural events initiated by the Réunion des Musées Nationaux-Grand Palais.
The location of the show is at Place Joffre in the 7th arrondissement, and can be reached on Line 8 of the Metro and on bus lines: 20, 80, 82, 87 and 92.
Paris Photo also announced its third Online Viewing Room, which will be launched in parallel to the Paris show.
Paris Photo will return to its normal venue in the renovated and expanded Grand Palais next year.
